How do I get contracted with a new carrier? βΌ
Fill out our Contracting Request Form and our admin team will submit on your behalf. Make sure you have your NPN, E&O insurance, and state license(s) ready before submitting.
How do I check my contract status? βΌ
Your contract status is visible in the Spark platform. If your status looks stale, contact our team at admin(at)philamagency.com or use the Ready to Sell verification guide.
How do I request a release from my current upline? βΌ
Visit our Contracting page for email templates, carrier-specific release forms, and step-by-step guidance. If you need help, reach out to Farrah Whittemore at 346-615-6331.
I can't log into the Spark platform β what do I do? βΌ
Try resetting your password at platform.sparkadvisors.com. If you're still having trouble, contact our team and we'll help get you sorted.
How do I order more business cards after my first 200? βΌ
Your first 200 business cards are on us. After that, you can reorder directly using the same design. Contact Camille at admin(at)philamagency.com for reorder instructions or to make design changes.
How do I submit a marketing request? βΌ

When will I receive my E&O / release form back? βΌ
E&O and release form processing times vary by carrier. Most releases take a few days to several weeks. Our team will follow up with you as updates come in. If you haven't heard back within 5 business days, reach out to admin(at)philamagency.com.
